Face masks mandatory for Greater Sydney

From Tuesday 13 July 2021, a fitted face mask must be worn by residents, visitors, staff, contractors and delivery persons all times within common areas of residential buildings in Greater Sydney including the Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong and Shellharbour.

You do not need to wear a mask inside your own apartment.

Examples of common property include:

  • Hallways
  • Foyers
  • Reception areas
  • Mailbox areas
  • Lifts
  • Stairwells
  • Carparks
  • Shared facilities such as gyms and swimming pools

This requirement was implemented by the NSW Government in response to the growing Covid-19 Delta outbreak in Greater Sydney as well as Regional and Rural NSW.

Posters are available to download and display in your building located in Greater Sydney and Regional and Rural NSW to encourage residents to comply with the new mask regulation. Should you have any difficulty in accessing these posters, please contact your Community Manager.

We thank all our clients for your understanding and compliance in helping to keep all residents and visitors during this latest Covid-19 outbreak.
