We love apartment living and hope you do too. But what improvements, if any, would you suggest that could make living in or owning an apartment even more attractive?
We really would like to know and so would our good friends at Australian Apartment Advocacy (AAA). The AAA is a not-for-profit agency and is the voice for 2.5 million apartment owners and residents in Australia.
Every two years Samantha Reece, Director of AAA, hosts the Apartment Living Survey. The survey responses are used by Sam and her team to lobby the property industry. It’s imperative to hear from us, people living on the front line across the country – so to speak, to learn more about our experiences living in apartments and townhouses.
Sam is a great advocator for apartment living. That’s exactly why we partnered with her. She is passionate and genuinely wants to know what can be done to improve the lifestyle we chose. And she’ll do what it takes to make it happen.
So that’s where you come in. You experience apartment living day in, day out. Your input is invaluable, and it can make a real difference.
For example, previous survey responses from Queensland indicated a demand for 3-bedroom apartments. Sam was able to use this information to share with developers. As a result we’ve seen an increase in 3-bedroom designs in new developments. The survey findings worked.
It’s time to do the survey again. It will take just 15 minutes of your time to complete the survey and afterwards you can go into a draw to win one of three $1,000 pre-paid Visa cards. That’s an attractive incentive to have your voice heard!
Have your say now. It needs to be completed in one go so grab a cuppa, get comfy and let’s hear about your experiences.
To enter the prize draw you’ll need to provide your email address. Please note this will be separated from the survey answers so your opinions will remain confidential. You will not be personally identifiable from your responses.
The survey closes at 5pm (AWST) on Friday, May 21.
On behalf of Sam and the AAA, we thank you for helping us. Your survey responses will be combined with other apartment residents and investors to help Australian Apartment Advocacy lobby the property industry.
