Strata Title Management (STM) has opened its newest office in the heart of Wollongong at 129 Crown Street.

A strata industry veteran, STM has been managing communities of all shapes and sizes for over 40 years with offices in Sydney CBD, North Shore, South, Tweed Heads and Ballina, and now the gong.

Offering a localised service from strata community managers who live within the regions they work, our teams understand the local environment and the unique circumstances of these regions.

NSW State Manager, Emily Doherty, is excited to be operating from her birth town and is looking forward to working with locals again, only this time from a local office.

“STM is no stranger to Wollongong, we’ve been servicing this region for many years from our Sydney South office located in Taren Point. We’re familiar with the diversity of apartments, townhouses and villas around Wollongong.

“It was time to look for a suitable office location for our local team so they can spend more time doing what they do best, managing strata properties and supporting owners, rather than commuting.

Leveraging the vibrant art scene in Wollongong, STM commissioned local artist Mikey Freedom to bring Wollongong right into the office. Through his creative genius, “A place of colour, a city of hope” was born.

“Wollongong is far from simply a town to reflect upon its history, but a city that continues to grow and expand towards a future waiting to be made.”

“The abstract shapes and bold colour speak to its future, the continued vision for the area, people and community, which continues to build and develop a future that together we can make sure is bright and hopeful,” says Freedom.

This is the exact sentiment we share at STM and we are extremely excited about the prospect of building closer partnerships with local owners corporations, home owners, investors and the wider community.

Heading the STM Wollongong team, and Licensee in Charge, is Senior Community Manager, Daniel Goodwin.

Daniel has vast knowledge of complex strata legislation and extensive experience managing remedial works and building defects. His ability to future-proof his clients’ properties with foresight financial planning ensures budgets and levies are realistic and kept affordable.

Apart from television commercials on Prime 7, 7Mate and 7Two Wollongong, and radio advertising on local stations Wave FM 96.5 and VOX FM 106.9, team Wollongong has been busy meeting locals inside Wollongong Central and at the popular Friday Forage Markets on Crown Street Mall.
