Sarah, a licensed strata community manager professional with over 13 years’ extensive industry experience, has brought her enviable expertise and local knowledge to the STM team based in Crown Street Mall.

Sarah’s appointment is timely with a series of recent new business partnerships and increased interest in STM’s competitive  strata management service offerings throughout the region.

Working closely with Sarah is Senior Business Development Manager, Alex Malpas-Sands, who shares his time between STM’s Southern Sydney office in Sutherland and Wollongong.

Alex has played a major role in securing prime clients in the region over the past twelve months.
