Issued 10 August 2021 to Strata Title Management (STM) Northern NSW clients:

For a short while our Northern NSW clients were the envy of Greater Sydney with minimal restrictions in place. But, in true Delta style, you’re now in the same covid boat as us and trust us, we understand your frustrations.

Stay at home rules apply to those who live, work or study in the regional local government areas of Ballina, Byron, City of Lismore and Richmond Valley.

Residential buildings

Residents, staff and visitors must wear a fitted face mask in indoors area of common property in residential buildings in the local government areas of:

Affected areas in regional NSW including, Armidale, Tamworth, Newcastle, Cessnock, Dungog, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Muswellbrook, Port Stephens, Singleton, Ballina, Byron, City of Lismore and Richmond Valley.
You do not need to wear a mask inside your own apartment.

We all have a role to play to keep ourselves, friends, family and neighbours safe.
